It
is your responsibility to ensure that someone over the age of 18 years is
available to receive your order at the delivery address at your selected time
of delivery. We will attempt to re-deliver your order one additional time
either same day or next day. If no one is available to receive your order after
two attempts, you agree that you will forfeit such order and will not be
entitled to receive any refunds, credits or replacement of your order.
If
your delivery will be delayed due to hazardous driving conditions, we will call
or email you as soon as possible on that day to let you know. The safety of our
delivery personnel and the public is important to us – we may call to
re-schedule to next day if such hazardous conditions exist on your scheduled
delivery day.
We
reserve the right to update or change our service delivery areas and related
delivery fees without notice at any time. Please refer to delivery section on
our website & associated estimated delivery fees when you place the order.
